chopped onion (about 1/4 per avocado)
finely chopped cilantro leaves (about 1 tbsp per avocado)
fresh lime or lemon juice (about 1/2 tbsp per avocado)
coarse salt (about 1/4 teaspoon per avocado)
ripe tomato, chopped, with seeds & pulp removed (about 1/2 small tomato per avocado)
garlic (about 1 clove per avocado?)
