- n squishy ripe avocados (the large ones – Haas?)
- chopped onion (about 1/4 per avocado)
- finely chopped cilantro leaves (about 1 tbsp per avocado)
- fresh lime or lemon juice (about 1/2 tbsp per avocado)
- coarse salt (about 1/4 teaspoon per avocado)
- ripe tomato, chopped, with seeds & pulp removed (about 1/2 small tomato per avocado)
- garlic (about 1 clove per avocado?)
